Dear Saint Albert Families,
We hope and pray every day that all of you are doing well. COVID-19 has certainly impacted our whole world and changed our way of life for the time being. We are proud of how you have risen to the many challenges placed in front of you: working from home, adjusting to children at home all day, preparing more meals, worrying about finances, developing new routines, helping your children complete schoolwork, etc. We are asking a lot from our parents, our children, and our teachers as we try to navigate how we can best support a new way of learning.
The schoolwork teachers have sent home in packets, through emails, Google Classroom, or through Zoom are to help reinforce and enrich student learning. We are here to support you, and recognize our partnership with you is key to your children’s success. Please communicate with your teachers if you have any questions or concerns. We also would like to see pictures of your children in their new learning spaces; please send them to JoAnn Jensen (firstname.lastname@example.org).
A few reminders as we continue on:
- Establish a routine. Set times for learning, playing, resting, etc.
- Check your email regularly for updates and information. If you have not heard from a teacher or have questions, please send them an email.
- Do your best to support your children’s learning.
- Pray together and for each other.
In closing, we wish you all the very best. We are confident our students, our families, our teachers, and our staff will come through this stronger and wiser. Please continue to be patient, understanding, forgiving, and prayerful as we journey through this challenge together.
Blessings & Peace,
Saint Albert Administration Team
