Boards and Organizations Saint Albert Catholic Schools is operated under the direction of the Council Bluffs Area Catholic Board of Education and the Saint Albert Educational Foundation Board, both of which are comprised of parish members, parents and school administrators. Saint Albert also is fortunate to have the support of various organizations that promote the education and extracurricular activities of the school system. These groups provide volunteers, raise funds and contribute items that are not typically included in the school's operating budget.
